Feeling Physiology
The foundation of oriental physiology (the healthy state) will be illuminated by understanding the "normal" states of the pulse.
Attendees will then learn what the different pulses actually represent internally, thereby understanding how to feel the pathology, symptoms, and syndromes.

Ikeda Masakazu Sensei
Ikeda sensei has been practicing, studying and teaching traditional oriental medicine for over forty five years. His theories and techniques based on traditional acupuncture are widely accepted around the world.
His determination to understand classical acupuncture texts has set him apart and created a demand for his lectures even as he developed and maintained his clinic. He graduated from Meiji Oriental Medical Institute in 1968 and has spent his life devoted to the practice of acupuncture, moxibustion, and herbal medicine.
With his years of experience Mr. Ikeda has developed a state of the art needling technique that is truly inspiring. His overall approach to healing is grounded in profound understanding of classic acupuncture and herbal medicine texts.
Edward Obaidey Sensei
Edward is internationally recognized as an inspirational teacher of traditional acupuncture and a gifted practitioner with over 40 years in his busy Tokyo practice.
Edward has studied closely with Ikeda sensei for over 35 years and understands his theory and humor equally well. He has taught in the U.S., Canada, Japan, Australia, Spain and the UK. The unique rapport they share makes Mr. Obaidey an invaluable interpreter.

To accommodate time zones, all sessions will be recorded and made available for 10 days after the seminar. This allows attendees across different regions to catch up at a suitable time without doing all-night sessions.

We’ve set the price of the livestream to match the in-person seminar for a simple reason: we want to honour the commitment of those attending in person, many of whom are also paying for travel, accommodation, and time away from other responsibilities.
We don’t see one format as "cheaper" or "less valuable" than the other. The livestream isn’t a budget option—it’s a practical alternative for those who genuinely can’t make it to London.
Our goal is to promote a vibrant live event with strong in-person attendance, while also offering remote access for those who need it. Both formats deliver the same core content, and both reflect the same level of care, preparation, and intention to elevate our individual practice and strengthen the acupuncture community with this knowledge.
