Edward Sensei will introduce basics of dao yin. 導引- an oft neglected and misunderstood element of acupuncture practice.

Edward Sensei will:
- Teach theory, pathology, & treatment of "cold conditions", including colds and flu, externally contracted diseases (Wind-Cold), and cold due to Yang Deficiency
- Draw on a variety of classical sources; particularly the Nan Jing, Su Wen and Shang Han Lun.
- Learn to recognise, understand, diagnose and treat the myriad of Cold patterns.
- Treatment of Yang Deficiency patterns.
- Learn true tonification of Yang Qi.
- Learn how to restore the patient to healthy state when they have received improper treatment.
- Deepen your understanding of the syndromes as described in the classics.
- Expand your abilities and development, to enhance clinical efficacy.
- Learn the use of both fine needles and Chinese needles.
- Practical experience in point selection, needling skills and moxa skills.

Connie and her team will provide catering . She creates authentic and traditional foods using local produce and Catalan recipes. During the workshop main meals will include Paella , Tapas and a Barbecue . Breakfast will be continental and English style with a choice of yogurts and cereals, fresh fruits ,teas ,coffee ,croissants. There will be an evening ( Thursday )arrivals meal of sandwiches / cheeses / Catalan sausages and salads. A departure ( Monday morning ) breakfast is available.
