FEELING The foundation of oriental physiology (the healthy state) will be illuminated by understanding the "normal" states of the pulse. Attendees will then learn what the different pulses actually represent internally, thereby understanding how to feel the pathology, symptoms and syndromes.
FEELING The foundation of oriental physiology (the healthy state) will be illuminated by understanding the "normal" states of the pulse. Attendees will then learn what the different pulses actually represent internally, thereby understanding how to feel the pathology, symptoms and syndromes.
This will be a "game changer" for every practitioner of oriental medicine regardless of style.
MASTERY & BASICS Internal organ disease is discussed in the classical texts of both Acupuncture and Herbal medicine. Ikeda sensei brings together these apparently separate fields, giving us the knowledge to use classical knowledge from both to help our patients, no matter what modality we prefer to use.
TJM Ikeda sensei presents a unified theory that encompasses a wide healing spectrum. The seemingly disparate strands of activity presented by TCM, Meridian Therapy, ToyoHari, Five Elements and herbal practitioners are all drawn together and understood as part of one unified body which Ikeda sensei has labeled TJM ("Traditional Japanese Medicine").
Practitioners of any style will benefit from this deep understanding of the Basics (or "Fundamentals") to enrich, develop and inspire their current practice.

He graduated from Meiji Oriental Medical Institute in 1968 and has spent his life devoted to the practice of acupuncture, moxibustion, and herbal medicine.
